It's the thing on the new island ephialtis, some monsters there can "poison" you and it will deal some dmg on your char even after you kill the monster for couple of minutes and there is this "cleansing fluid" which works as an antidote.
Anyway, implementing this would be a waste of time for two reasons, first - you have to be crazy to autohunt this monsters, even with a level 140 i don't like holding 2 or more of them at the same time. second - even if someone is crazy (or strong) enough to auto there, there is already "use item in slot" "every x seconds" feature which will work just fine for this as you can use the fluid only if you are poisoned, other times it will just say "can't use".
Then again you can use the cleansing fluid just 3 or 4 times before it gets empty so this whole idea really makes no sense imo.
