Title: Mindee-BOT v0.2a-R1 v1.4.68 patch released.

What's new:

- Added colorful names for chat (red - admin, green - botternator, blue - licensed user, dark silver - not licensed or Anonymous user.)
- Added chat sound + mute option. (You will need to reinstall bot with a new setup.)
- Added mute, kick options. (For myself.  [crazytroll] )
- Etc.

Put it in "BOT installation directory"/data. In same place as alarm.wav.
