Yesterday, my bitdefender started to detect Mindee-BOT as trojan and it kept on quarantine files in the directory. This is the first time my anti-virus behaving this way. [hmmm] Sooooooo....Any ideas what's happenin?
P.S : I haven't tried to disable my anti-virus because i'm being careful not to put my pc at risk. Am not saying Mindee-BOT is dangerous [mrbean]
When I tried to uninstall and re-install, this shows up

It looks like botupdater.exe is being detected as a virus only by a not so well-known antivirus softwares.
Anyways, I can't help you.
You can disable your antivirus or get a better one or remove it at all.
I won't remove my bot protection, because some kind of stupid antivirus can't detect a real threat.
EDIT:
Or you can add bot to the exceptions list.
