Title: Bot closing alone
Post by: Jeroen on September 17, 2017, 08:26:21 pm
My (permanent) bot is closing alone. I've been watching, something
'' No internet connection, kicker``, but I was connected yes. How can I solve this problem? Already many times it has closed like this.

You lost the connection with the server I guess. (Network provider fault maybe). There is nothing you can do. How often does it happen and when it started?

I believe it happens 1-2 times a day. An average even. There were rare occassions and no closing. It started when I put bots back (two weeks ago). I use VPS, the internet is 1GB, there is no way to be slow speed.I have to keep checking from time to time. And it's really bad when it's closed.

Not speed is the problem. Sometimes your vps can't reach my bot servers I guess. You could try to change your vps provider.

I can´t change.I formatted and all.Nothing solved. I have already paid 3 months and it is also the only price I can afford. Can you help me? I send the ip of my VPS, or something.

I saw in logs that you just lose connection with the license server. Where is your vps located?

My server is located in Canada.

And as I see I can't help you in any way, because this problem is related to network connection between your vps and my server vps. Either I could change my vps or you could change yours. Anyways, I am not going to do that, because of one person. It works just fine for others.  [badpokerface]

We just need to know why your vps sometimes can't reach my vps.
