Title: Mindee-BOT v0.2a-R5 v1.8.11 patch released.

What's new:

- Added "CPU Reducer" feature. You can find it in "Fun, Other" section. If enabled, bot displays fake menu on client side and kemulator/sjboy consumes less cpu because of it.
