Can anyone explain to me what is dummy client? Can i use dummy client insted of kemulator?

Use kemulator to make waypoints/scripts, move character to the hunting grounds.
Use dummy client to hunt.

And, another question i wanna ask is about license that cost 70eur. Is the license lifetime? Except for scripting will expired, right?

Yes, for €70.00 EUR, you will get a permanent license with 45 tabs and 3 free months of Scripting-Access.
