Title: Mindee-BOT v0.2c v2.5.1 patch released.

What's new:

- Added "Not in sets/Only in sets" for buff spells.
- Spell, bot item (shovel), pet, etc usage options won't use potions (if found in the specified slot) (declared in the potion usage lists) from now on.
