What you did exactly? U used the right Code in your Sms?

If you from Indonesia: Some providers dont support there sms payment's. U can check supported providers at the Page.

You typed your UID right there? Maybe it's wrong that's why you dont receive your acess. If you did all right and still dont receive the 1 week u should write a mail on the support of zaypay.
