Title: Transfer my left prem to new UID.

Hello, I just reinstall my windows and my UID has change I think. Old was : 078BFBFF00050FF2F8FEF092 and new is 078BFBFF00050FF2009D7721 . Someone can transfer my prem time to new UID?
