Reupload picture.

EDIT:
Do you have .Net Framework 4.0 installed on your computer or not?
Redownload setup.msi and try it. I uploaded a newer version of it.

- yes, i have framework 4.0
- Try 4 times Redowloading setup.msi
- i already Try With The antivirus disable
