Title: alarm didnt work

when disconect because hp/mp alarm didnt work and kick free botter didnt work too

Everything works. You just trying to kick a wrong person. (Licensed or not a bot user.)
Alarm works too. If it doesn't play for you, then you're missing horn.wav file in data folder.
