Hmm.
Transfer license and buy license links are redirected to the official ones, so I don't see anything wrong on that site.

So you did not noticed the direct possibility for buy license. It's a scam.

Well, if people are too stupid to buy license from an unofficial website/reseller then that's not my problem.  :D
