So...
rms pasted  to C:/ and start jtibiame.jar
Host is good: localhost/127.0.0.1

Client is set to otme.sytes.net

So, go to C:/windows/system32/drivers/etc and edit hosts file.
Put a new line in it:
127.0.0.1 otme.sytes.net

Thanks!

My questions:

1. Do you create a jtibiame for new version (2.+)?
2. How to add monster and items (image) to client?

1. I did and I failed, because I couldn't unserialize map packets.
2. With hacking and editing.  [badpokerface]
