Mindee, pop out msg appeared after selected sj boy for the bot

the bot hangs once clicked on the pop out msg and was directed to a website..... can anyone help?

Are you using 'Manage Client' button to launch the client?

Looks like you're using a default sjboy client.
Download new setup and reinstall the bot. Also delete rms files from C:/
