Do I need a high-resource PC so that the waypoints run smoothly?
Or do they all go alike with a little delay when the pj walks?
Is it possible to set the walk delay to 100?

High-resource pc is needed only if you want to bot with many characters at once (sjboy and kemulator needs lots of resources).
Delay depends on ping with cipsoft servers.
610 is the fastest. Faster = kick from the server.
