Title: game server not found
Post by: aaaak on July 20, 2018, 06:24:50 AM
hello,
i'm having issues with both Mindee-BOT and your webpage, i cant use neither on a computer.
the kemulator shows "game server not found" and the website shows "This page isn’t working mindee-bot.com didn’t send any data. ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE"
the computer has no antivirus and ive both turned off firewall and added Mindee-BOT.exe as an exception thru firewall... but nothing. what now?

thanks.

make sure you are using compatible driver for your network card, use driver identfier(link) (https://www.driveridentifier.com/) or any other drivers detector and see if you need to update it or replace it.
also try this, open cmd as admin and run these commands in order:
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /all
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew
netsh int ip set dns
netsh winsock reset

one more thing, right click on your wifi icon in taskbar an choose "Troubleshoot problems" if it doesn't solve anything post the result message here.

For bot - disable antivirus email protection.

Hello,
Sorry for the late reply.

It's a VPS, I don't seem to be able to run these commands. It just resets the whole thing after the first line. I'm a noob on this. It's a Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise, if it matters.
They changed my ip now, your website is working, but the client still shows "game server not found". What do you mean by email antivirus? I have no antivirus and no email logged in whatsoever.

Thanks.

Perhaps you need to open ports 7171,122,120,110. Is Windows Defender enabled?

I just tried opening these ports and it didn't work :(
There's no Windows Defender.

Someone already had same problem and I couldn't solve it (ports opening, firewall, etc didn't help). He changed his vps provider and that's how he managed to get bot working.

it must be some kind of firewall blocking it, maybe even hardware firewall to protect their servers. anyway, ask here what users use as vpn before you change it

Yeah, I believe it has something to do with hardware firewall.
