3 versions already been released. ;D

If you mean 0.1e - it will be released as soon as all tests will be made. I don't want to release a bugged version. ;)

Try to restart PC. Or maybe you should open these ports.

You trying to run R3 which is old and not supported.
On R4, port 111 was changed to 110. ;)

110 is login server on your bot, 7778 is game server.
These two servers connects to cipsoft servers and reflects all packets from client to cipsoft and vice versa.
I think sunroc means that port is not available.

its related to ur windows security only way is formating pc or add another windows, i recomend win xp3 if ur hardwear medium strenght
