Help Board / KEMULATOR HELP ME!!!!!!!!

hello I have not found an area to post so I posted here.
I once wore normal kemulator in my notebook.
more after I formatted did not work anymore I installed all the drivers and the jre and already tested other versions, I click several times in the kemulator and nothing appears.
can you help me please?
