Help Board / Connecion to login server failed

Hi.
I've got very big problem with Sjboy and Kemulator.
Allways when i try to login, then i see the same error - Connecion to login server failed.

Antivirus - Disabled.
Firewall - Disabled.
RMS - Downloaded from mindee-bot.com

I'm using Windows 8.1 (i tried to open bot / emulators incompatibility with Windows XP, but it don't help too)

Anybody know what can i do with it?
