you putted your UID right? It a automatic System, if you dont get the Acess you did something wrong with the Pin or Uid. If you payed for that and didnt receive the week Acess text Fortumo Support, they can celp you better than me, i do not have acess to the System but someone else had the Problem too and fixed it after txting the Support.

there have a lot of supported operator, currently i think xl n telkomsel unavaiable. u still can try by axis and indosat.

Oh...sorry just readed it. It listening like the Operator blocked some Services, normaly it should work. I dont know how it in Indonesia but here u can activate/disable all paybyphone services, try to ask your Operator. Me or Mindee cant solve the Problem, the payment should work, the Problem somewhere else.
