Download and install newest version. (1.0.69)
Delete all rms data.
Disable your antivirus.

If above steps doesn't help you, go back to step 1.

Click "Delete rms" button.

Restart bot or go to C:/rms and delete ir manually.

Hello, I had the same error. So have disabled my Firewall and Antivirus then got!
