SJboy can't connect to bot

when i click launch using sjboy.and online my char.sjboy and bot not connected.why is that ?
and,in 0.1e can't online use web client ?

Delete old rms from C:/ or select "Use sjboy" and then click "Delete rms".

I've removed the web client.
