connection error

hello,
i bought a licence 9 days ago and still can't connect since then. so i'm asking for help xD
i use w8 and norten internet security antivirus.
I already try replace rms, disable anti-virus, disable firewall, run as administrator, and still can't connect.
And i already tryed connect with kemulator and get the same problem.
I aways get the message "connection to login server failed"

It looks like your antivirus is still working.
