Looks like you're using old tibiame client.
Delete everything and download setup.msi, then install it.

It's like something more is added to network packets and tibiame client can't handle them.

I don't know. No one else experienced anything like that.
You should try to close all sjboys and then delete rms files from C:/rms.

EDIT: Your network traffic from cipsoft is interrupted by an application. I am pretty sure.
