Main rules:
1. If you're sharing one waypoints file only, attach "[WAYPOINTS]" prefix to your topic name.
2. If you're sharing multiple waypoints, attach "[WAYPOINTS LIST]" prefix to your topic name.
3. You may request for waypoints only in "[REQUEST]" topic.
