How does kemulators keyboard work.

I have problems when i try to log in to my character. I cant write my accounts name and password because my kemulator wants me to write my username and password with numbers. It doesnt accept letters. Plz help

As in ordinary mobile phone.
You must use numpad.

EDIT: Remember that pushbutton 7 = 1, 8 = 2, 9 = 3, etc. [conversely than on your phone]
