Stair Bug

Sometimes I see my chars bugged in stairs. That is, They go up and down in the stairs and not following the path. Why is this so? Any suggestions to solve the issue? :o

Is char supposed to go into stairs or just enters by accident on the way?

Uzman:
It is supposed enter the cave using stairs and leave the cave afterwards using the same stairs but "sometimes" not always it stucks. It goes up and down and can not continue to grind.

Old waypoints? Is reverse enabled?

New waypoint but yes reverse waypoints was enabled. After I disabled it the issue is gone. Thank you so much.   [ummmm] [badumtss]
