What's new:

- Moved Collision stuff from Use/Misc to Settings. Made a separate tab for it.
- Added "Count locations as blocking" feature.
- State unsave saves a backup of "bot_state.dat" file in bot folder. (Just in case you want it back.)
- Added "Don't use when mobs in range: x" for BUFF usage.
