As you have a confirmed
recovery
contact, please visit the Support section
on our web- or wapsite and select
"I
lost my password."
Enter your character name, world number and the
email you have
set as recovery contact.
If your data
matches, a link with a confirmation
code
will be sent to the recovery contact.
Click on the link to confirm your
request.
Once you have done this, you will
receive an email with your new
password.
Please
understand that you cannot recover this character if you do not have access
to the
set recovery contact. Also, I am sorry
to say that we cannot compensate you
for
any items that were taken by the hacker.
To prevent getting hacked in the
future, please follow these three
security hints
from now:
1. Make sure to keep your PIN secret at
all times to protect your character
against getting hacked.
2. Game masters, moderators or other
CipSoft personnel will never contact
you
in game by forum or letter and ask for
your login details!
3. There is no such thing as free
premium or Platinum!
Either you have
to
participate in a contest by CipSoft or by
an official fansite or reseller, or you
have to buy it normally.
