Mindee-BOT Unresponsive

Something very strange is happening to me few days ago, when I open the Mindee-BOT it just stops responding. Have excludes rms but still having the same problems. What to do?

I've uninstalled and installed 2 times, and repair. NET Fram. 4.5 and it just keeps the error. Would if I install the. NET Fram. 4.0 maybe he open?

For now I saw that when I open the Mindee-BOT it opens for about 4 seconds The window automatically opens the "Not Responding", so before opening it, I clicked "Delete rms" quickly, but opened another window saying it had the operation failed. I can put rms manually to see if it returns to normal?
