Bug when choosing percentage of mana or HP that you can use Spells.
The bot is not obeying mana restriction below 60%, it is using spell until the end mana. 
When you set mana/hp percentage, move mouse to another option.
After hundreds of millions of tests I can say that mana settings works without problems.
MOB hp settings sometimes doesn't work, but it's impossible to fix. (Lag issues, wrong packets from server, late packets, etc...)
It was like that for ages and there is nothing to change.

EDIT:
Mana setting is not a percentage. You have to put your spell mana "cost" there.
