i download from site setup and instal but have that notice : error 404 /  Could start the bot / One or more BOT files are missing. Try many times but allways have that.

Antivirus or your windows permission settings are blocking BotUpdater so it can't save bot exe to the disk.
Try to reinstall bot in another place like disk D:/.
Or check your antivirus.

Check if kemulator.dat and Mindee-BOT.exe exist.
